Our mission statement is simple: “more for less”, and like our tagline: “Savings. Service. Satisfaction", we will save you money. Typically we will credit our buyers $400 towards their closing costs* on any property purchase in which we represent you, the buyer, the transaction successfully closes, and we are paid a commission.
We will also represent you through the duration of the escrow process unless otherwise directed by you.
At our discretion we may also add a home warranty package to the property that you purchase, or increase the amount of the closing cost credit.
